Burning Fats Fitness Technology

Every week I have my doze of fitness gym exercise. One of the warm up and cool down machines I normally use in the gym is the treadmill. This piece of machine is a technology wonder as it have both great cardio and weight-loss benefits. I could have an exercise target based on time, calories burned, heart rate depending on the need. Remaining in the confines of the gym on a treadmill keeps one away from the pollution. I can watch a favorite movie, sports or listen to music while using a treadmill.

Treadmill is one of those fitness machines that helps burn fats more. A simulation of walking and running could be done on a treadmill with varying speeds and inclination angles. Running normally should be set to zero inclination while walking could have some inclination angle. The heart rate is being monitored also while exercising. An emergency stop button in case too much heart rate is registered. Burning fats optimally could be done by alternating running and walking on a treadmill.

Others argues of the value of treadmill as it leaves you secluded from the normal neighborhood hi hello. As one jogs upon the rubber band one might miss the world outside, the nature, the trees, the birds, the sunset, the moon, the road curves, and most especially the people around. Even with this treadmill technology around burning fats should be done in pure nature once in a while. It’s more energizing to feel natures healing powers to refresh life.
