Lessen Carbon Emission From Cars To Prevent Pollution
Cars are great technology invention. It helps us go to work conveniently and aids us to move us around to places we would like to go. The problem with cars in the 21st century is there is too much of it. It’s all over the place when you go down town and see the roads full of them. Now car manufacturers are even rolling out some of the cheapest cars which cost like $1000 US. This will spur middle class economies to avail buy cars. Imagine the whole of blooming economies to have this cheap car and the consequence would be more congested roads.
Some will argue that cars are needed for economic growth and the economy will be stirred to will have more upward movement. But we could not close our eyes to the traffic congestion that more cars will bring about; let’s think about the pollution due to carbon emissions that this low cost cars will bring about. There’s an undeniable fact that cars have uncontrolled carbon emissions which plays a great part on the climate change and global warming that we are facing.
Carpool would be in this case a good solution to the problem of pollution. This will be a burn lesser fuel environmentally friendly solution. I am not sure though if everyone is ready for this kind of change. Well, for some cities and areas, car pooling is practiced. Another solution, would be to encourage more of public transport use like electric sky trains, subway trains, buses, and etc. Though public transport like buses have some carbon emissions the fact it’s shared by everyone it’s like minimal compared to individual car driving pollutions. Seeing more often of the electric trains is a good sign to environment care. I am looking forward also to see some hybrid cars rolling on the streets which are more environmental friendly. If we don’t address carbon emissions we will be facing the irreversible damage to the environment which causes this climate change and global warming.
