Sports Watch Light Recharge Technology

Wrist watch technology has evolved through the years and It’s been years that I lived without a wrist watch. The last wrist watch that I have was a battery powered watch which features a luminous glowing light in the dark. It’s a very simple watch. I never bothered to have it replaced when the battery was used up. Until now, I haven’t got any wrist watch and I depend on my Smart Phone to get the time.

Sports is important to keep me fit and in shape. I make it a point to spend time for exercise and sports every week even how hectic my schedule. After sometime getting used to without having a wrist watch, I find them bulky and heavy to use. This might be because I find it uncomfortable when playing tennis.

If I am going to look for a new wrist watch, a simple one that is light is my choice. Another would be a watch that doesn’t need any replacement of battery. I have seen citizen watches that are simple and have built-in rechargeable battery. The technology uses normal outdoor day light or any visible light from fluorescent or incandescent bulb to charge power to the watch. This is a good sports watch to consider as it is light and also does not need any power maintenance.
