Wireless Home Network Works with Linux, Mac and Windows
Wireless Home Network is becoming common in every household. Having a Wireless Access Point (WAP) at home allows people to easily connect to the Internet without relying on that Ethernet UTP Cable. Sometimes it’s really a mess to have those cables lying on the floor. Thus, a Wireless Home Network is the most neat and clean solution to home networking.
People who are new to Wireless Network have asked me whether their Wireless Router will work with their MacBook Pro. I shared my experience of using a Wi-Fi that it doesn’t matter for the router which kind of Operating System (OS) is used to connect to the Wi-Fi Access Point. I find that different kinds of OS have a different way of configuring also on how to connect to the Wireless Access Point. Some device or computer is easier to configure than the others and for computers it really depends mostly on the OS.
The router will allow every Wi-Fi enabled device to connect to access the shared Internet connection. Wireless Access Point is very convenient way to connect to the Internet or connect the network without wires at home. Never to worry about the operating system of the gadget as long as you know how to configure the wireless device.
