Polaroid i1035 Point and Shoot Digital Camera Technology
Camera technology has been fast evolving, but one of the interesting names that sound familiar in the camera world is Polaroid. I remember during my younger years where pictures are taken with a Polaroid camera that spits out an instant copy of the photos. It seems that they are back in the lime light of the camera world.
The Polaroid i1035 is a point and shoot camera which features 10 megapixel resolution, 3x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom. The images captured are very clear with beautiful color renditions. The camera allows you to take photos at different scene modes. Plus, anti-shake image stabilization and face tracking technology that will help you capture every special moments with very sharp detail.
Image viewing is very easy on the 3-inch LCD in any lighting condition or location. The camera comes with a 32 MB memory internal storage with an external SD card slot. If the internal storage of 10 MB memory usable out of the 32 MB available is not enough, you could buy a 4 GB SD card (or try 8 GB SDHC card - not supported on manual) separately.
Built-in ArcSoft software for editing photos on the camera are included editing which offers finishing touches on images for sharing with family and friends. Originally, the Polaroid i1035 Digital Camera is sold at about $200, but it’s now on sale for only $75 at buy.com after some discount of $125. The free shipping for the Polaroid Digital Camera is a great added offer and convenience.
If you want some affordable but quality wise point and shoot digital camera Polaroid i1035 would be a perfect candidate.

You state that this camera will use a 8GB sd card. please confirm this! I have the camera and the instruction book says up to 4GB. If this is so that would be great for me!Polaroid i1035 Digital Camera

March 17th, 2009 at 2:03 amNot to dampen your spirits, 8 Gb is more of a risk, but you can try if it works (http://www.woot.com/Blog/ViewEntry.aspx?Id=7574) for you.
Reduce your risk.. borrow first a 8Gb SDHC and try it.. if it doesn’t work then stick with the 4Gb SD Card.
I tried an 8 GB memory card with this camera, and it DID NOT work. It says card not supported when you turn on camera. Maybe it was the brand … not sure.
The camera is awesome though, just need to use a 4Gb SD card I believe (I am ordering one soon) …
March 24th, 2009 at 2:03 amGood luck!
I tried an 8gb card in this. While it looks like it actually worked it did not give the right number of photos for the size.
At maximum resolution:
July 30th, 2009 at 11:50 pm2gb card = 498 pics
8gb card = 908 pics
I used my OCZ class 6 8gb card and it always pops up saying “card not supported” but works 90% of the time. SOMETIMES it’ll tell me “card locked” and it wont take a picture but ill just turn it off and on a couple of times and it’ll work.
