Windows XP Cleaning Unused Computer Software and Applications
Trial software testing is a common and usual thing to do. The Internet is a good source of tons of freeware software for download. Whenever I need a particular software, I could easily search, download, install and test the software before investing some money on it. It’s very important to see whether the software is up to my needs.
Free trial software or shareware programs sometimes don’t have a clean uninstaller program. After uninstall there are still traces of files and registry entries that are not removed. Add / remove facility that comes in Windows XP is sometimes not enough.
The consequence of this uncleanly uninstalled program is the slow performance of the computer. Sometimes it causes the Windows System to crash. Utility software to completely uninstall the shareware or free trial software upon expiration is very important.
I have tried to use Software Remove Master which is 100% freeware for download and installation. The software is used to uninstall completely the selected Software Files and its related Windows Registry entries.
This leaves a clean registry which in turn optimizes Windows performance. The Software Remove Master utility is good in uninstalling software applications cleanly which could be used to replace Windows built-in add/remove program.
Download Software Remove Master from the following site:

Regular clean up of unused computer software and application would mean better Windows XP performance.

Another way is to do it the old fashion way, with add/remove program and the use something like Registry Mechanic from Pc Tools in order to clean your registry.
