I have even seen a budget web hosting which features unlimited disk storage, unlimited data transfer (bandwidth), unlimited domain hosting, free domain for life, free technical support, free server monitoring, and others. The list of features offered is very tempting, but even with the good list of features, it’s very difficult to tell that you’ll get the same quality.

Reading the reviews would reveal that quality budget web hosting seems impossible. There is this constant weighing of what kind of service is acceptable for a particular price. Bottom line is how little would I be willing to pay to enjoy a certain level of web hosting quality. Start up blogs could be hosted on budget web hosting, but I would say that don’t expect too much from the service or you’ll get frustrated.
