Website Google Adsense Ads Not Appearing
Content based ads are very common sight when visiting websites and blogs. There are numerous website that earns big coming from those ads. It’s a mainstream way of monetizing contents. A web content publisher who would like to incorporate ads on their site is presented with many choices. Yahoo and Google are major companies that serve advertisements based on website content.
Google Adsense is a keyword advertising system that delivers text, images and video ads based on the embedded website keywords. I was surprised, to see that Adsense showed less ads on the main page of my website. Instead of a full skyscraper layout Adsense space, it only showed one ad.
Google Adsense failing to show the related ads of the content could be traced mostly to some issues with Javascripts, nested DIV’s, and slightly changed Adsense code. A closer look at how ad codes were implemented could lead to some clues why Adsense ads are not appearing.
Since, I haven’t changed the Adsense code during implementation, this could mean that the change could be caused by Google update on search engine algorithm. It would be better then to verify if the Adsense codes are working. This could be done by putting the codes on a Javascript free and DIV’s free webpage. In most cases Google Adsense worked fine appearing with the relevant ads based on website content.
