Uploading Camera Pictures from SD card Wirelessly
Digital cameras are becoming daily gadgets that people use. The technology of capturing digital images has been available to almost everyone that even smartphones have digital cameras on it. If you are fond of taking digital pictures either with a smartphone or a digital camera off loading images to a computer is a daily task.
The task of removing the SD card from the digital camera to transfer photos is for some annoying. Eye-Fi has a solution for this dilemma. The regular looking SD card acts as storage and a full 802.11b/g wireless radio transmitter of data. The Eye-Fi storage card can wirelessly upload pictures from any camera to any Windows or Mac OSX computer.
The Eye-Fi card comes with its own small USB card reader which needs to be connected to a computer that receives the uploaded pictures. Some people don’t like the added complexity of managing setup and upload of images. Eye-Fi card for some though is a convenient gadget for uploading camera pictures to a computer.
