I’m having a similar problem to all these. It’s wierd. One minute my typing will be fine and then it slows down and speeds back up again. It was working fine earlier today then suddenly started doing this.

I’ve tried taking out my battery, looking for the ATI thing, virus scans, the lot and nothing is working. It keeps switching between typing fine then delayed.

Any suggestions?

My TomTom 920 worked fine until it went thru a scanner at Heathrow. I cannot access the hard drive, but it can read an SD card (which was not in the unit during the scan). TomTom’s diagnosis is a failed hard drive.Cheaper to buy a new unit.
Of course, the failure may be a coincidence not related to the scanner but reading the blogs, it seems to be a strong possibility.
Lesson: Always have a full backup; Avoid taking any computer gadgets thru scanning devices.

This worked for me logging in as sys and sysdba, I had to log out OEM and then back on. Some of the displays such as a user display acted wierd, such as it would not display a users rols etc until I again logged out OEM and then back in.

Thanks British Peter, sure enough, filter keys was the culprit. Owner of PC is an elderly gentleman with helpful children who played around with accessibility options for him.

I used my OCZ class 6 8gb card and it always pops up saying “card not supported” but works 90% of the time. SOMETIMES it’ll tell me “card locked” and it wont take a picture but ill just turn it off and on a couple of times and it’ll work.

Excuse me, but I didn’t really see the solution in your writing. By replacing the old toner with the new one, of course you can get smear-free printing results. But the old toner is not fixed yet, isn’t it?!
It was like this: you’ve got some dirt on your documents cover but you don’t want to clean it. Instead, you just rip it off and replace it with a new cover.

I was going to set adsense on my Cricket Highlights Website but was scared by the innumerable number of plugins which I found online.Glad that I found your post,now again I dont need to fear rejection of being banned by Google because of using some plugins.
